Prosecutor's Office Sends ‘Auroranews.am’ Publication to Investigative Body
The publication titled “The ‘Elite’ Military Unit of Artsakh: Sons of High-Ranking Officials and ‘Suicide’ Cases. Notable Details” by Auroranews.am has been forwarded by the RA Prosecutor's Office to the investigative body with instructions to thoroughly verify the information and circumstances presented within the context of an initiated criminal case.
Aravik Khachaturyan, head of the public relations department of the Prosecutor's Office of Armenia, stated this in a conversation with Auroranews.am: “This publication was recorded as part of the media monitoring conducted at the RA Prosecutor's Office immediately after its release and was sent to the investigative body with instructions to meticulously verify the information and circumstances presented within the framework of the initiated criminal case,” said Abrahamyan.
It is noteworthy that the journalistic team of Auroranews.am uncovered exclusive information regarding military personnel related to the death of soldier Vahram Avagyan on January 30, through their own investigation. Specifically, it has become known that several sons of high-ranking officials are serving in military unit N, located not far from Stepanakert. Auroranews.am has received significant details about what is happening in this military unit.
