New Acting Director Appointed at Yegvard's Nairi Medical Center
Recently, a working group was established within the Kotayk Regional Governor's office aimed at initiating the renovation and re-equipping of the maternity department of Yegvard's Nairi Medical Center. The working group has identified and cataloged all existing issues within the maternity department and has developed a strategic plan to be implemented within the set timeframe.
According to this plan, the department will undergo capital renovation and will be equipped with appropriate medical devices. The in-depth change strategy developed by the regional governor's office will be implemented by Karen Vardanyan, who will serve as the acting director of the medical center starting today.
Introducing the new acting director to the medical staff, the governor called on everyone to unite around the program and the new leadership to jointly contribute to the development and re-equipping of the maternity department.
It is noteworthy that the existing issues at this medical center were initially planned to be resolved through sustainable development pathways. However, the current situation necessitated the use of Crisis Management tools to resolve the issue promptly.
