Beijing-Moscow Train Returns to Russia Without Passengers: Details
The Beijing-Moscow train has returned to Russia without passengers, as Chinese border guards evacuated all travelers from the train to reduce the risk of spreading the new coronavirus.
“There were 136 passengers on the train. The Chinese side cooperated with the Transbaikal authorities and disembarked the passengers. They are all citizens of China,” reports Ria.ru.
It is noteworthy that due to the coronavirus pandemic, Russia suspended air traffic with China starting February 1.
