The Decision on Razmik Abrahamyan's Bail Hearing Will Be Announced on February 1

The Court of Appeals, under the presidency of Judge Andranik Mnatsakanyan, has retired to the deliberation room to discuss the prosecution's appeal against the release of Razmik Abrahamyan, the director of the "Republican Institute of Reproductive Health, Perinatology, Obstetrics and Gynecology," who is charged in the case of illegal adoption of children. The court's decision will be announced on February 1 at 12:00 PM.

Razmik Abrahamyan is charged under Article 167, Part 2, Clause 2 of the Criminal Code (illegal separation of a child from its parents or unlawful substitution of a child) and Clause 3 of Article 200 (commercial bribery).
