No Need for Masks Due to Coronavirus Risk, Says Torosyan
There is no need to wear masks due to the risk of coronavirus. This was stated today during a press conference by the Minister of Health, Arsen Torosyan.
"It is practically impossible to impose restrictions on everything; we will simply try to minimize the potential threat posed by people entering Armenia. As soon as we are informed about the return dates and flight times of our citizens, we will immediately take them under control. Returning to Armenia will not be an issue for any of our citizens, and they are currently returning. We are not in a high-risk zone, and therefore, there is currently no discussion about restricting the movement of citizens. If there is such a decision, we will inform you in advance," said Torosyan.
Torosyan noted that the virus is particularly dangerous for people with chronic illnesses.
