Video: Released from Hospital with 'Improvement' Diagnosis, Son Kills Mother Soon After, Says Arthur Davtyan

The package of amendments to the laws regarding 'Psychiatric Assistance' addresses several significant issues. This was stated today by the Prosecutor General of Armenia, Arthur Davtyan, during a government meeting.

“Last year, there were two murders, both involving parents killed by their sons who are psychiatric patients. It is concerning that both individuals were registered patients and had been recently released from psychiatric hospitals with a diagnosis of 'improvement',” he noted.
