Georgia Suspends Flights to China
In a bid to prevent the potential spread of coronavirus, Georgia has suspended international flights from China from January 28 until the end of the winter season on March 29, 2020, as reported by 1tv.ge.
In order to avoid possible transmission of the new coronavirus and to effectively respond if transmission occurs, the Georgian government has published the relevant decree and action plan. According to the decree, each agency has been instructed to take appropriate measures based on their jurisdiction. The measures are coordinated by the Ministry of Health of Georgia.
