Accident Occurs in Vedi
On January 27 at 19:33, the 911 emergency response center received a call reporting an accident on Ararat Street in the city of Vedi, Ararat province.
A firefighting team from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.
It was determined that two vehicles, an 'Opel Astra G' driven by Samvel A. and a 'Mercedes C' driven by Karen M., collided at the 2nd kilometer of the Vedi-Vanashen highway. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.
The rescuers disconnected the vehicles from the power supply and closed the valves of the gas cylinders.
