Driver of KamAZ Who Hit 10-Year-Old Girl in Front of School Released

On January 24, a 65-year-old man named Hrach Yetharyan was arrested upon the decision of Gor Tadevosyan, a senior investigator of the Military Investigation Division at the Investigative Committee of Armenia, for hitting 10-year-old Elen M. with a KamAZ truck, registered under number 1945 T, in front of school No. 52 on Shirak Street.

The child was attempting to cross the street with her mother at a designated pedestrian crossing. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, today, January 25, the arrested serviceman of the Ministry of Defense was released under a different decision signed by G. Tadevosyan.
