Vladimir Gasparyan Invited to Special Investigative Service
According to Factor.am, former chief of police of Armenia, Vladimir Gasparyan, has been summoned to the Special Investigative Service (SIS). In a conversation with our news outlet, his lawyer, Tigran Atanesyan, confirmed our information but did not respond to further questions.
It remains unclear at this time under which case and in what capacity he has been invited.
