Suspect Who Stabbed Military Officer and His 16-Year-Old Son Voluntarily Reports to Police

On January 8, the suspect in the knife attack on a military officer and his teenage son voluntarily presented himself to the police. The incident occurred on January 3 near building 17 on Vrakakan Street in Yerevan.

According to reporter Gagik Shamshyan, 33-year-old Hayk Azizyan, a resident of Vrakakan Street, is suspected of stabbing 47-year-old military officer Hayk H. and his 16-year-old son during the attack.

Azizyan was transferred from the Arabkir police department to the investigative section of Arabkir for further questioning.
