4.9 and 4.5 Magnitude Earthquakes Struck Iran
Two earthquakes with magnitudes of 4.9 and 4.5 have struck near Iran's Bushehr nuclear power plant. According to data from the USGS reported by RIA Novosti, the 4.9 magnitude earthquake occurred at 2:20 AM UTC. The epicenter of the tremors was located 10 kilometers southeast of Borazjan, with a depth of 10 kilometers.
The second earthquake, measuring 4.5, occurred at 3:19 AM UTC, with its epicenter found 17 kilometers southeast of Borazjan, also at a depth of 10 kilometers.
