Turkish Forces Suffer Casualties at the Border
Five soldiers have died in various regions of Turkey and northern Iraq on November 27. According to sources, two soldiers were killed while serving at the Akçakale border crossing on the Turkey-Syria border. Reports indicate that they were shot by militants from the Kurdish "Democratic Union Party" (PYD) in Syria, as reported by ermenihaber.
Additionally, another soldier has died during the "Magil" military operation in northern Iraq, as per the Turkish Ministry of Defense. This operation targets the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), which is designated as a terrorist organization in Turkey. Two other soldiers died in the southeastern region of Hakkari due to lightning strikes.
