The judge had threatened employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations with a weapon while they were trying to cross the road with signals.

Nona Kamalyan is the daughter of the former minister and former head of the State Revenue Committee, Arsen Kamalyan. They own several businesses, including a private school and car wash stations.
