Upper Lars Open for All Types of Vehicles

The Upper Lars border crossing connecting Armenia and Russia has reopened for all types of vehicles after being closed for several days. This was reported by the Armenian Embassy in Georgia.

According to the embassy, "After snow removal operations, as of November 4 at 12:00, the Gudauri-Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars road is now open for all types of vehicles." The route had been restricted on November 1 at 09:00, allowing only light passenger vehicles due to snowfall, and was subsequently closed to all vehicles at 18:00 on the same day.
