Operations of Entrepreneur Serving Artashat Schools Suspended

The Food Safety Inspection Body has conducted oversight measures at the bakery belonging to individual entrepreneur Anahit Vardanyan, which serves the schools in Artashat. As a result, it was found that food production was being carried out with gross violations of food hygiene requirements, and the finished products lacked labeling.

It is noteworthy that this entrepreneur was also renting out the canteens of Artashat's number 4 and number 5 primary schools. The production activities of Anahit Vardanyan have been suspended, and a deadline has been set to rectify the identified violations.

It is important to mention that on October 15, 19 students from one of the Artashat schools were hospitalized due to food poisoning.
