Hrayr Tovmasyan Takes Leave, Says Alvina Gyulumyan
The President of the Constitutional Court, Hrayr Tovmasyan, has taken a few days off, said Constitutional Court judge Alvina Gyulumyan during a conversation with reporters.
She noted that Tovmasyan is on leave today and tomorrow to ensure the impartiality of the Constitutional Court session examining the draft decision regarding his cessation of powers.
Gyulumyan also stated that there has been no discussion with Hrayr Tovmasyan regarding this issue.
It should be noted that the Constitutional Court has convened a routine session today, during which the question of whether to accept the National Assembly's application regarding the cessation of Tovmasyan’s powers will be decided.
