Woman Crosses Dangerous Zone of Davitashen Bridge and Threatens to Jump

Today, around 1:00 PM, an employee of the Mashtots Police Department prevented a suicide attempt by a woman aged 40 to 45. This was reported by shamshyan.com.

The woman attempted to jump from the Davitashen bridge. She crossed the dangerous edge of the bridge and threatened to jump.

Those present at the scene noted that among the citizens who helped the woman were several officers from the Military Police of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

A patrol group from the Mashtots Police Department also arrived at the scene.

At this moment, the woman is safe under the supervision of rescuers, a psychological rescuer, and a doctor.

Materials are being prepared in connection with the incident at the investigative department of the Mashtots Police Department.

The police are working to determine the woman's identity.
