National Assembly Establishes Temporary Committee on Ethics of Deputies with Unanimous 92 Votes

The National Assembly has adopted a decision to create a temporary committee on issues related to the ethics of deputies. The initiative was presented by the Civil Contract faction.

The committee is expected to comprise 10 members. Of these, 5 will be appointed from the Civil Contract faction, 3 appointment rights will be reserved for Strong Armenia, and 2 for the Armenia faction. The right to propose a candidate for the chairperson of the committee will be reserved for the Civil Contract faction.

The decision was adopted with 92 votes in favor, 0 against, and 0 abstentions.
