Urgent: Tractor Driver Wounded by Azerbaijani Gunfire, Says Arzrun Hovhannisyan

On the previous day, a tractor driver engaged in engineering work was wounded by Azerbaijani gunfire in Noyemberyan. This was stated by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Arzrun Hovhannisyan, in a conversation with NEWS.am.

He also addressed reports in the Azerbaijani media alleging that gunfire had been directed at civilians from the Tavush side. "We are also stating that our civilian tractor was conducting engineering work there and that they fired at the civilian tractor, injuring the driver. In contrast to Azerbaijan's fairy tales, we can prove it with surveillance systems; there are videos that the driver was doing work for himself," the spokesperson said.
