The Draft on Termination of Hrayr Tovmasyan's Powers Included in the National Assembly

Tomorrow, the National Assembly will begin its four-day session. The last item on the agenda is the draft decision on "Applying to the Constitutional Court Regarding the Termination of the Powers of the Constitutional Court Member Hrayr Tovmasyan."

The Deputy Chair of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, Anna Karapetyan, has stated that this issue will likely be discussed on the last day of the four-day sessions, provided there are no changes to the agenda.

It should be noted that before being included in the agenda of the four-day sessions, the draft decision was discussed at a meeting of the Council of the National Assembly. Earlier, the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs had given a positive conclusion to the draft decision proposed by the "My Step" faction.
