Cars Collide on Myasnikyan Avenue; One Catches Fire
On September 26, at 11:28 AM, the emergency service "911" reported that the fire and rescue unit of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations observed a traffic accident on Myasnikyan Avenue in Yerevan, near the zoo. Several vehicles were involved in the collision, one of which caught fire. Fortunately, there were no injuries.
It was determined that the cars involved were a "Nissan Versa" (driver: Lyova A., born in 1996), a "Nissan Teana" (driver: Yuri K., born in 1996), and a "Nissan Altima" (driver: Zhirair M., born in 1991). The fire broke out in the "Nissan Versa." The fire was extinguished by 11:20 AM, with only the engine compartment partially burned.
Rescuers disconnected the electricity from the vehicles and shut off the gas valves of the "Nissan Versa" and "Nissan Altima."
