‘Zhamanak’ newspaper reports: According to the newspaper’s information, during Serzh Sargsyan’s era, the head of the supervisory service and former head of the State Revenue Committee, Hovik Hovsepyan has ‘screwed over’ Haybusiness Bank.

Specifically, he had previously taken out a loan of approximately 1 million dollars, received the funds, but is currently refusing to repay the loan.
