Disgraceful Behavior of Police: Mother Tries to Rescue Daughter from Their Grasp

Protests are taking place in Kazakhstan's Nur-Sultan, Almaty, and Shymkent cities against the construction of a Chinese factory, the expanse of Chinese economic influence in the country, and for the liberalization of the political system. Several dozen individuals have been detained, with official reports indicating the number of detainees has reached 50. It has also been noted that the police have obstructed the work of journalists.

In Kazakhstan's capital, Nur-Sultan, the police arrested a minor girl who was shopping with her mother and two younger sisters. Representatives of the special rapid response forces deemed that the minor was participating in the protest and forcibly took her to a vehicle designated for arrests. The mother attempted to rescue her daughter from the law enforcement officers.
