Sashik is the Most Innocent Face in That Family, Says Pashinyan

The government will not abandon the bill on banking secrecy. This was stated today by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a meeting with reporters.

He also noted that the corrupt system that has operated in Armenia has created conditions and restrictions that hinder the uncovering of corruption. “When they were saying, ‘Where is Sashik's money that you were talking about?’ Although recently some events have emerged that lead me to conclude that Sashik is the most innocent face in that family. Now we need to investigate, what else can we do? And let them not unnecessarily raise noise. That law will be adopted, and the stolen money will be returned down to the last kopeck,” said Pashinyan.

The Prime Minister also emphasized that banking secrecy will only be revealed in serious cases and by court order even after the law is adopted.
