Kocharian Remains in Custody
Robert Kocharian, the second president of Armenia and a defendant in the March 1 case, will continue to remain in custody. This decision was announced by Judge Anna Danibekyan at the Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court (Shengavit branch), rejecting the motion from Kocharian's defense team.
It is noteworthy that in the courtroom are also defendants of the March 1 case, including Seyran Ohanyan, Armen Gevorgyan, and Yuri Khachaturov.
