Government Operates with 100% Transparency Regarding Amulsar Mine Situation: Pashinyan
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, addressed the $400,000 spent for the operation of the Amulsar mine on September 16. In response to a journalist’s observation regarding the potential waste of this money, Pashinyan stated that it was spent to uncover the truth about the operation of the Amulsar mine.
“I do not consider any amount spent for the sake of truth to be ‘wasted.’ From the very first day, the government has been operating with 100% transparency regarding the situation surrounding the Amulsar mine, publicly,” the Prime Minister said.
During a Skype conference with ‘Elard,’ various other issues were also clarified. It became evident that there is a certain debate, as well as the conclusion from 'Elard.' When I asked them if they guarantee safety under their proposed conditions, they responded that in all cases, the safety guarantor is the ‘Lydian’ company,” he added.
