Torosyan Never Said That, It's Absolute Lies: Clarification

The spokesperson of the Ministry of Health, Alina Nikoghosyan, has issued a clarification today regarding one of the topics being debated. Below is the full text of the clarification:

“Clarification regarding another lie claiming that during a discussion related to the Homeland Defender's Rehabilitation Center, the minister said, '50 people were disabled, and 50 people will die disabled, why are you spending so much money?' Arsen Torosyan never said such a thing; that is absolute lies. The minister has visited the aforementioned center multiple times, however, there has never been any discussion about the effectiveness or appropriateness of patient treatment. Moreover, in the first months of his tenure, the minister proposed a state order contract worth 20 million drams to the center and was refused.”
