The Constitutional Court Will Soon Announce Its Decision on Robert Kocharian's Applications
The Constitutional Court is continuing to examine the application of Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharian, today.
This was initially scheduled for August 29, but the hearing had to be postponed due to the need for additional investigations.
It is noteworthy that the Constitutional Court is assessing the compliance of Article 35 and part 2 of Article 135 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia with the Constitution, based on Robert Kocharian's application.
