Special Institutions in Armenia to Be Closed as They Contradict Inclusion Principles, Says Zaroui Batoyan
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zaroui Batoyan, wrote on her Facebook page:
“Special institutions in Armenia will be closed because they contradict the principle of inclusion and the vision of having an inclusive and equal society. To achieve this goal, we are collaborating with NGOs to return children to their families, developing the foster care institution, improving the adoption system, and creating crisis centers to ensure child care when absolutely necessary. There is no other way. Accept it!”
