The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Novosibirsk region has reported the number of casualties from a road accident involving a minibus. According to TASS, citing the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, "According to our information, the victim is an Armenian citizen," officials from the emergency management agency stated.
