17-Year-Old Missing in Artsakh

On August 18, at 16:30, a resident of the Askeran region, 49-year-old L.M., reported to the Artsakh Police’s Askeran regional department that his son, 21-year-old Arman Levoni Movsesyan, had left their home in the village of Armenakavan on August 16 around 20:00 and had not returned.

The investigation is being conducted by the Artsakh Police’s Askeran regional department.
