Draft on Judges' Resignation Attributed to MOJ Contains Elements of Discrimination
The deputy of the Prosperous Armenia faction in the National Assembly, Gevorg Petrosyan, has published a post on his Facebook page, stating that the draft law attributed to the Ministry of Justice regarding judges' resignations contains elements of discrimination.
“Why are resignations only valid until October 31? If a judge decides to resign on November 10 or 20, why is the state depriving them of the right to receive compensation on what reasonable grounds?” he questioned. “Could it be that some people have set deadlines for others? Who knows, until you find out for sure…”
