Eight People Injured by Lightning Strike in Florida
Eight people have been injured by a lightning strike at a beach in Clearwater, Florida. This was reported by CNN.
According to witnesses at the beach in Clearwater, following the powerful lightning strike, individuals either fell or were thrown to the side.
One of the injured is reported to have suffered a cardiac arrest, and their condition is assessed as extremely severe. The other seven individuals sustained minor injuries, and their lives are not in danger. Three of the injured have declined hospitalization.
Among the injured are two foreign tourists, whose nationalities have not been disclosed, as well as three employees from a water scooter rental company.
