Police Warns About Installation of New Photography Speed Camera
The Traffic Police informs that the absence of technical means for monitoring compliance with the established maximum speed limits creates favorable conditions for many drivers to exceed the maximum speed, contributing to the emergence of hazardous situations. In accordance with Article 22 of the Law on Police of the Republic of Armenia, a photography speed camera has been relocated and installed in the territory of the Burastan community, on the H-8 highway connecting Yerevan-Artashat-Aigevan-M2 in the Ararat region.
According to the police press service, the photography speed camera will be operational from July 22, 2019. The Traffic Police urges drivers to comply with traffic rules.
