Enforcement Service Acquires Fuel Worth AMD 143.9 Million Without Justification: SRC
The State Revenue Committee of Armenia reports that the State Oversight Service has conducted a monitoring review of the fuel procurement and usage processes by the Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice from 2013 to 2018.
As a result, it was found that the Enforcement Service had acquired fuel worth approximately AMD 143.9 million during this period, which did not align with its operational needs, and it failed to justify these expenditures.
The report generated from the monitoring and accompanying materials have been provided to the Special Investigation Service of Armenia. The documents provided will be attached to the ongoing criminal case regarding official misconduct by employees of the Enforcement Service.
