Ambassador Arman Kirakosyan of the Republic of Armenia to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland has passed away. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“With deep sorrow we inform that at the age of 63, Arman Kirakosyan, the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, has prematurely departed from life. He had been at the forefront of the establishment of independent Armenia’s diplomatic service and foreign policy from day one, making an invaluable contribution to that process.
We extend our deepest condolences to the Kirakosyan family and relatives, and all those who mourn his loss,” the statement added.
