Is it hard to stretch this tree a bit? Pashinyan is angry. They want the vetting process to be strict.
The "Pasta" newspaper reports that, according to its sources, the authorities do not want to publicly announce the legislative package related to transitional justice anytime soon, constantly delaying it and trying to keep the topic hot through discussions with various experts and circulating different theses.
According to a government source of the newspaper, they recently presented a version of the package to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who expressed dissatisfaction, stating that the regulations and tools are too lenient, and became angry, asking, "Is it hard to stretch this tree a bit?".
These sources also indicate that there is a tendency within the authorities to implement the transitional justice and vetting process in a fairly strict manner.
