Hakob Arshakyan Seeks to Buy Apartment with Mortgage: 'Zhamanak'

'Zhamanak' newspaper reports. 'According to information from Zhamanak, Minister of High-Tech Industry Hakob Arshakyan applied at the end of last year to become a beneficiary of the 'Affordable Housing for Young Families' program. It is noteworthy that Arshakyan has already declared two apartments and apparently wants to buy another one, this time under affordable conditions.

However, it should be noted that the members of this government significantly differ from their predecessors. The latter would never have purchased an apartment with a mortgage or through social programs; rather, they would buy the most luxurious apartments using state funds or take them from someone.'
