Armen Sarkissian Sends Condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin
The President of the Republic, Armen Sarkissian, sent a condolence telegram to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on July 3, regarding the fire at a research submarine belonging to the Russian Naval Forces, which led to human casualties.
