That judge and justice are incompatible: Hayk Alyumyan

That judge could not be expected to deliver justice; we have known this for a long time, that judge and justice are simply incompatible.

Such an opinion was expressed in an interview with NEWS.am by Hayk Alyumyan, a member of the defense team of the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, in reference to the decision made today by the judge of the Court of Appeal, Armen Danielyan.

“It was hard to imagine that this judge could bring any solution to this issue that would be close to legality,” he said, adding that they would later provide detailed commentary on the court's decision.

It is worth noting that Kocharyan's defenders will appeal the decision of the Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court.
