Stabbing in Yerevan: Victim is 29-year-old Man

On June 22, at 00:40, the Malatya division of the police received a report from a hospital that a 29-year-old man sought medical assistance for "a stab wound to the back of the chest and a laceration to the occipital area." According to police information, an examination has been ordered.

Thanks to the operational measures taken by the police, it has been established that on June 21, at 23:30, during a dispute on Babajanyan Street, a 21-year-old young man struck the victim with a knife causing injuries. Following explanatory work, the young man turned himself in on June 24 at 17:00 and provided a confession.

Measures are being taken to locate the knife used in the crime. Preparations are underway for further investigation.
