Garnik Isagulyan Submits Resignation
The advisor to the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Artsakh in Armenia, Garnik Isagulyan, announced his resignation.
Isagulyan stated that he has already coordinated the matter with the President of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan. “I want those officials in Armenia who are so concerned to rest easy, but understand that this peace was until now. I was constrained, but now I have no ethical constraints. Well, they will see that very harsh days are starting for them. They will begin to urge Bako Sahakyan to invite me back to Artsakh. But believe me, until we fulfill the obligations we have in Armenia, Artsakh is in danger,” he was quoted by a1plus.am.
