Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Armenian President Armen Sarkissian on the occasion of his birthday.
According to the public relations department of the Office of the President of Armenia, Vladimir Putin's congratulatory message states:
“Dear Armen Vardany,
Accept my heartfelt congratulations on your birthday. We highly appreciate your role in the development of friendly and allied relations between our countries, as well as in enhancing bilateral cooperation in various fields.
I sincerely wish you good health, happiness, prosperity, and success in your state activities.”
