I Propose to Initiate Legal Proceedings and Detain the 'Illegitimate' Judges of the Constitutional Court: Arpine Hovhannisyan

I propose to detain the 'illegitimate' judges of the Constitutional Court for usurping power all this time. This was stated by former Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan on her Facebook page.

It is encouraging that the representatives of the authorities, whose opinions have zero impact on the formation of public opinion, support Vahe Grigoryan's statement. They have as much connection to legal science as I do to quantum physics. (For example, it is hard to classify the legal comments of a former state-legal expert as either humorous or fantastic; as for those proposing to refer to the administrative court, I might as well remain silent, and so on, and so forth).

It is even more encouraging that the representatives of the authorities—those rare lawyers and non-lawyers in parliament whose soundness and insight have not raised any doubts—have not commented on Vahe Grigoryan's statement.
