VIDEO: Armenian Delegation Leaves Parliament Session in Georgia

The Armenian delegation has left the parliamentary session in Georgia following an incident that occurred during the meeting.

“Our delegation left the session hall in full. The situation was not quite normal, and considering that on one side there is an ally and on the other a brotherly nation, we found ourselves between two stones, so we decided to exit the event,” stated the head of the Armenian delegation, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan.

It is noteworthy that a dispute arose in the Georgian Parliament as Russian MP Sergey Gavrilov was present at the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Orthodox Countries and was leading the session.
