Confrontation Between Serzh Sargsyan and Levon Markos
The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports that for almost a year, a criminal case has been initiated regarding the alleged embezzlement of particularly large shares of "Credit Yerevan" Bank and "Lev Marsed" LLC; however, no one has been charged yet.
According to information from "First News," businessman Levon Markos, who has been recognized as a victim and civil plaintiff by the investigator's decision, recently confronted Serzh Sargsyan. The confrontation lasted for four and a half hours.
Levon Markos's demands are also directed against the owners of shares of the "Yerevan Machine Tool Production Association," which were sold through compulsory sales due to illegal actions of the court's 2002 decision and state bodies, and against those who participated in auctions for three markets in Yerevan (Masiv, Gumi, Prospheqt) and other properties, including Gagik Tsarukyan, Gagik Beglaryan, and Samvel Aleksanyan.
