Fatal Hit-and-Run in Yerevan
On June 16, a fatal hit-and-run occurred in Yerevan. Around 11:00 PM, 33-year-old Vladislav Melikyan, a resident of Yerevan, struck a pedestrian, a man approximately 50 years old, with his Samand vehicle (license plate 35 RR 838) in front of building 46 on Artashesyan Street.
According to Shamshyan.com, the driver did not flee the scene. At the time, an ambulance passing by transported the victim, who was in critical condition, to the 'Erebuni' hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
