David Sanasaryan: 'I Have Never Had Any Connection with Soros, It's Utter Nonsense'

"I have never received any grants for my social-political activities. Today, on June 16, at a press conference before the convention of the 'Civil Contract' party, David Sanasaryan responded to remarks suggesting that he is considered a representative of the Soros faction in the media, while the director of the NSS is anti-Soros.

"I have said a thousand times that I have never had any connection with the Soros Foundation, and when they circulate this again, it shows their stupidity. I have never had any connection with either Soros or any other foundation; I have never received any grants for my social-political activities," he stated.

Sanasyan reiterated that he has no connection with the case in which he is involved as a defendant. As for who or what forces have attributed the accusations to him, he promised to address it when the time is right: "I will talk about it when the time comes, and I will indeed talk about it."

He also noted that he has met with Nikol Pashinyan, but there was nothing significant about it, and it can be considered a friendly meeting.
