Earthquake 10 km Southwest of Dilijan
On June 14 at 03:29 local time (23:29 GMT on June 13), a 2.5 magnitude earthquake was registered by the Seismic Protection Territorial Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia at geographical coordinates 40.680 North latitude and 44.780 East longitude, located 10 km southwest of Dilijan, with a depth of 10 km.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ website, the intensity of the underground tremor at the epicenter was 3 points. Preliminary information indicates that the earthquake was felt in the town of Hrazdan with an intensity of 2-3 points.
